Michael has been with IGT for over 20 years.
Area of responsibility:
Michael is responsible for IGT’s key customers and partners in Asia, to deliver the appropriate mix of IGT’s portfolio of games, systems and services to ensure the success of our customers’ business.
Michael has many year’s experience of the gaming industry in Asia Pacific, having been with IGT for over 20 years in key sales roles, many of which were as the State Sales Manager for South Australia and Northern Territory. Prior to joining IGT, Michael was the membership manager for the Australia Hotels Association (SA) focused on providing high levels of service which significantly grew their member community.
Michael was Systems Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) responsible for all the customer management and direction for IGT’s Systems solutions in ANZ. During the four years in this role, Michael was instrumental in growing the IGT systems share of market by over 1000% through his strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs, supplemented by his technical knowledge of the solution.
As part of IGT’s increasing focus on the Asia region Michael now manages our customers in the region, based out of Macau – with the goal of growing our customers’ businesses with focused gaming solutions.
