Director of Gaming Analytics, Caesars Entertainment
Jak Lysowski is responsible for data analytics of the 49,000 slots and 3,500 table games at Caesars Entertainment. Jak joined Caesars during the 2014 World Series of Poker working a cash register selling souvenir t-shirts, and then spent time working as the Rio’s swing shift gift shop supervisor. In 2015, he moved to Analytics and focused on slot and table game performance reporting, as well as co-patenting a baccarat side bet. In late 2016, Jak moved to a vendor facing role as Corporate Manager of Gaming Products. Here he was responsible for a number of things, including growing Caesars in-house development and trialing of new table game products. Jak holds a B.S in Statistics from Penn State and is an active student mentor through the university’s Casino Management program, and UNLV’s Gaming Innovation program. Jak grew up in a family of dice dealers, card players, and all-around gamblers and is always up for a game of Dominos, Poker, or Scrabble!
